Teacher qualifications are the ‘Most Significant Factor’ in improving student achievement. Experienced, well-credentialed teachers have a positive impact on achievement for all students.
Teaching Philosophy: Setting a good example; helping and encouraging students to ask any question to help them grow, creating an environment to engage, motivate, and make them more competitive, implementing a learning focus state where and how the mathematics apply in decision making, engineering, and any real-life situation by guiding them to construct their way of creating and solving any problem without breaking any math rule. It is all about learning focus and having fun with math like playing a computer game. Our game is all about solving puzzles and answering math questions. First, we learn and understand the question and then try to solve it. If we find the right solution, we win. If not, keep playing, challenging ourselves until we solve it. It is not always easy; most of the fun is learning new things, mastering new methods, and solving new puzzles.
